Gottlieb & Associates PLLC has successfully represented many blind and vision impaired persons who were unable to access websites equally with sighted persons. As a result of our efforts, many companies and educational institutions remediated their websites in order for blind and vision impaired persons to be able to properly utilize the websites with the assistance of screen reader software. Many clients also received statutory damages for their injuries under NYS/NYC law.
